What to do if you're unsure?
If a requirement is unclear, use the Shift Chat after you've been approved to ask the employer for clarification. It's always better to ask than to arrive unprepared.
Next Steps
Once you understand the requirements, make sure you know how to clock in and out correctly when you arrive.
