How to report safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, or policy violations.

At KOVR, we are committed to providing a safe and professional environment for everyone. If you encounter an issue, concern, or policy violation, please report it immediately so we can take action.

What Should You Report?

You should report any of the following:

  • Safety Concerns – Unsafe working conditions or equipment.
  • Harassment or Discrimination – Any form of inappropriate behavior.
  • Payment Disputes – Incorrect hours or missing payments.
  • Inaccurate Listings – Shifts that are significantly different from their description.
  • Communication Violations – Rude behavior or attempts to take transactions off-platform.

How to Report an Issue

1. During or After a Shift

In the Shift Detail screen, scroll to the bottom and tap "Report an Issue". Select the category that best fits your concern.

2. From a User's Profile

If the concern is with a specific user, go to their profile, tap the three dots (⋮) in the corner, and select "Report User".

3. From Your Inbox

If a message is inappropriate, tap and hold on the message and select "Report".

Confidentiality: Your reports are kept confidential. The person you are reporting will not be notified that the report came from you, although the details of the incident may be investigated.

What Happens After You Report?

  1. Acknowledgement – Our Trust & Safety team will acknowledge your report within 24 hours.
  2. Investigation – We may contact you for more details or evidence (screenshots, photos).
  3. Resolution – We will take appropriate action, which may include warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans.
  4. Follow-up – You will be notified once the investigation is complete.

Immediate Safety Hazards

If you are in immediate danger or there is an emergency on-site,call 911 (or local emergency services) first.Contact KOVR once you are in a safe location.

App Support vs. Safety Reporting

For technical glitches or general "how-to" questions, please use ourHelp Center or contact standard support. Safety reporting is reserved for serious incidents and policy violations.

Our Zero-Tolerance Policy

KOVR has a zero-tolerance policy for violence, theft, and severe harassment. Users found to be in violation of these core values will be permanently removed from the platform without warning.
