Running a large operation? You don't have to do it alone. KOVR allows you to invite team members to your organization and assign them different roles and permissions.
Invite Your Team
- Go to **Settings** in your Employer Dashboard.
- Select the Team tab.
- Click Invite Member.
- Enter their email address and select a role.
Available Roles
There are three main roles for organization members:
- Admin: Full access to everything, including billing, team management, and organization settings.
- Manager: Can post jobs, approve workers, and sign off on timesheets. Ideal for on-site supervisors.
- Viewer: Can see schedules and worker profiles but cannot make changes or approve payments.
Managing Permissions
You can also restrict managers to specific Locations. This is perfect if you have multiple venues and want a manager to only see the shifts and workers for their specific site.
Removing Team Members
If a staff member leaves your company, you can revoke their access immediately:
- Go to the Team tab.
- Find the member and click Manage.
- Select Revoke Access.
Notifications for Team Members
Team members will receive notifications based on their roles. Admins get billing alerts, while Managers get alerts for new applicants and shift starts.
