Add and manage multiple locations for your organization.

Whether you have one venue or fifty, KOVR's Location management ensures workers always know exactly where to go and who to talk to upon arrival.

Creating a New Location

  1. Go to your **Dashboard** and navigate to **Settings**.
  2. Select the Locations tab.
  3. Click Add Location.

What to Include

A good location listing includes:

  • Location Name: A clear, recognizable name (e.g., "Main Stage," "Warehouse Entrance B").
  • Street Address: Ensure this is accurate for GPS navigation.
  • Arrival Instructions: Be specific! "Enter through the loading dock on 5th street" is much better than "Come to the back."
  • Contact Person: The name and number of the person workers should ask for when they arrive.
Pro-Tip: Use the "Arrival Instructions" field to mention parking availability. Finding parking is the #1 cause of worker tardiness!

Default Locations

You can set one location as your **Default**. This will be pre-filled whenever you create a new job post, saving you time.

Managing Multiple Sites

If you manage an agency with many sites, you can categorize locations intoGroups. This allows you to filter your dashboard to see only the shifts happening at a specific group of sites.

Changing a Location

You can update location details at any time. However, if you change an address for an active, upcoming shift, our system will automatically notify all approved workers of the change via push notification and SMS to ensure no one goes to the wrong place.
