Managing your account information on KOVR is simple. Keeping your details up to date ensures you receive important notifications and payments without delays.
How to Access Settings
Tap on your profile picture in the top right corner of the app and select"Settings".
Personal Information
In this section, you can update:
- Display Name – How you appear to other users.
- Phone Number – We use this for SMS alerts and account verification.
- Email Address – Your primary contact for invoices and support.
- Bio – Your short professional introduction.
Security Settings
Protect your account by managing your security preferences:
- Reset Password – We recommend changing your password every 90 days.
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) – Add an extra layer of protection using your phone number or an authenticator app.
- Active Sessions – View and log out from other devices where you are signed in.
Notification Preferences
Choose how you want to be notified about shift updates, messages, and payments. You can toggle between Push, SMS, and Email for different categories.
Privacy Options
- Profile Visibility – Choose whether your profile is visible to all employers or only those you apply to.
- Data Analytics – Opt-in or out of anonymous data collection to help improve the app.
Social Connections
Link your Google, Apple, or professional social accounts for faster login and to build more credibility in your profile.
Language and Region
KOVR defaults to your system settings, but you can manually override the language and date/time format here.
Deleting Your Account
If you wish to leave KOVR, you can find the "Delete Account"option at the bottom of the settings page. Please note that this action is permanent and will remove all your history and ratings.
