Once you post a job, applications will start rolling in. Managing these efficiently is key to getting the best team for your event or shift.

Accessing Applications

From your **Employer Dashboard**, you'll see a list of your "Active Jobs." Any job with new applicants will have a notification badge. Tap on the job to see the full list of candidates.

Reviewing Candidates

For each applicant, you can view:

  • Star Rating: Their average rating from previous KOVR shifts.
  • Reliability Score: A percentage indicating how often they arrive on time and complete shifts.
  • Completed Shifts: How much experience they have on the platform.
  • Bio & Experience: Their self-written background and past work history.
  • Badges: Indicators like "Top Tier," "Punctual," or "Frequent Worker."
Pro-Tip: Look for workers with high reliability scores (90%+) for critical roles, even if they have slightly fewer completed shifts.

Approving Workers

When you find a worker you like, tap Approve.

  • The worker will be notified immediately.
  • The shift is added to their schedule.
  • A group chat is created for everyone working that shift.
